Giorgio, known to many as Gio, works at Carto as an international agent based in Stockholm. With nearly 20 years of sales experience, he is passionate about building strong client relationships and delivering first-class service.
Throughout his career, Gio has worked with a broad range of clients and built a reputation as driven, attentive and highly professional. His extensive experience in sales and customer service allows him to connect Carto with a wide network of Scandinavian buyers, offering guidance and support throughout the entire process of buying a home in Spain.
Having bought a newly built home on the Costa Blanca himself in 2025, Gio knows first-hand what it is like to be a buyer in Spain. This personal insight enables him to give clients practical, relevant advice, providing extra reassurance for those considering the same step.
A devoted family man, Gio combines his professional expertise with a warm and sociable personality. Outside of work he enjoys spending time with his family and is often found on the football pitch – a reflection of his energetic, team-oriented outlook on life.
